steel wheel from a VW sharan on a W210 E300TD?

Hello,
Anyone knows if a 16" steel wheel from a VW Sharan would fit a E300TD?
5 bolts like the MB but I wonder about the centre and the offset if its the same?

I'm think the centre bore is 57mm on all VW's, so I dont think it will.
