Stereo upgrade

Hello im new here so firstly thanks everyone for allowing me to join the club

Now i have just bought myself a 07 c220 w204 it has the lower end of the range stereo system with fixed screen no sat nav etc

How can this be upgraded any help and info appreciated here

To be honest either but i wish to keep the park assist..

I was looking at one of those android based systems on ebay but i dont think the park assist works through it...

I would like dab really not much bothered about sat nav.

Do you have an iPhone ? If so look into the Alpine ILX-700 although it has no DAB

The Alpine is the only unit I know with Parking Sensor integration. I'm sure there are many and someone else can help you.

Check out the SPH-DA120 if you can make do without sensor integration. It's fully compatible with android and a great unit

Your best bet for retaining all the existing integration and functions is to go to Comand NTg4. This will give you the bigger screen, navigation, better amp etc. It will also fully integrate with the instrument cluster and steering wheel controls. There isnt musch else around for the "04. I did see the other day a touch screen system that replaced the factory screen but this leaves the base unit in the car doing nothing. Very tacky and naff.

is ntg4 a direct upgrade or will it only work if coded to car etc.. and i assume it needs all the ducting for cooling on this system yes..?
