Can anyone please help me with a small switch inside the middle armrest that is on the righthand side wall when you open the lower compartmant below the phone holder compartmant. My car is a clk270 2003 (53). I have looked in the manual and no mention of it in there.

Cheers

Smokescreen ? does oil pump out of the back of the car ?

Don't flick it in case it is an ejector seat !! :D

I musht be dreaming :D

I don't think you are...it would be very dangerous to fit an ejector seat if the sunroof was not part of the package.

Method Statement, Permit to work, Roof Access Permit would also be required.

I presume this is an assessment for a safe ejection...but how would you assess the risk to innocent bystanders?

Sorry Kevinbgs just having a laugh. In answer to your question I have no idea what the switch is for

I have a like switch on my CL (may be the same) in mine it opens/shuts a vent linked to the aircon. Very handy in summer to keep a drink cool.
Then again, it could be one of the above.:)

Sorry Kevin its probably some sort of after market gadget.

I agree with Woody it directs air flow from the aircon to cool the storage box
