Is that she now gets cold feet when sat in the back (she likes to sit next to the baby).

Should the rear footwells have heaters?

The cheapest option might be to buy her some nice woolly socks:devil:

No - heat will only come out of the front footwells and travel to the back. Only source of heat for the rear would be from the rear centre console.

I'm sure there are vents located under the seats. If you lift the overmats you should be able to see them.

I'm 99% sure my W210 had them.

The vents will only work if the heater panel control is set to the down arrow position and will only produce the same temp as the rest of the system.

Deffinately vents under the front seats.
