Dont think, DO. You'll not regret it. I chose 18" for my coupe as my previous car had 19" and wanted something a little more comfortable and give my spine a chance to heal. I also chose the H&K system and its very good. I'd save your cash and not bother with 6 disc unit as you'll have a choice of SD card or ipod. With regards to LSD well I test drove both and you can tell the difference but I'm not going to be driving it like I stole it going around round abouts. If you really wanted too at a later date you can get after market units for half the cost.

Thank you, I have pretty much made up my mind I think. CD changer is binned. I've HK in my ML and have it in my e-class and i love it.
Valid point on the LSD...

Had another drive yesterday, they lent me a coupe for a couple of hours. Just need to speak to my usual salesman on monday to see if there is a build slot available and a deal to be done!

LSD is a must in any AMG seriously. I'd personally go for an LSD before anything!

It appears mercedes have had a bumper year and dont need to sell anymore cars...
same here, my last two cars have had LSDs, this one doesn't, and I've not missed it yet. Having an LSD in the snow was appalling anyway, it never knew what wheel to give power to and so didn't move anywhere and just made grinding noises, although now i own a MB i don't expect to be able to go anywhere in the snow anyway........
you missed the boat, we are now in the middle of the quarter, the big one for them is the september new reg and hitting their numbers, the longer you wait until the end of the quarter the better the deals will be 'if' they still need to hit their number.
I managed to get discount off my AMG, over and above the 'normal' discount already on the deal, its all down to how their numbers are. Try another dealer and the story might be different.

Kept it nice and simple black with prcelain leather, HK stereo and 19"s. Although the test car didn't have the LSD I think I am going to add to my order. I've got a couple of weeks left before I need to make my final final decision...
