Its a private PCP not business.
If I keep my current car its going to cost me £15150 to by it then £500 for 3rd yr service including auto
g/box oil change and 1st mot and 4 tyres. Plus no warranty. The new one costs about the same for the next 3 yes.
If I kept the old one and nothing goes wrong I might have a car worth about £5k less any repairs, and servicing.
So in 3 yes time I either do the whole PCP again, or buy a banger as I'll be 65 then and have my bus pass

I agree that a new car would make sense from your point of view. I just feel that the PCP you've been offered is not competitive against leasing. You should be able to find a personal lease deal similar to the business deals I've linked +VAT.

List price of a C200 AMG AMG Line Auto with Prem Plus, metallic and privacy glass is £37690. £303 per month doesn't actually seem bad discount wise. I'd beat it though

The monthly only seems low as the OP has to put £7k deposit down, plus £4k dealer contribution.

An equivalent lease deal would be <£2k deposit.

I've had a look at contract hire on that spec and with 9 payments down it's around £400 + Vat. Rather than a deposit contribution, you get a discount off the top price. The savings are minimal for a non business customer

Is that 9+35 £400 + VAT = £21120?
That deal looks worse than the one in post #1 which was ~£15k

I've been on car wow and the best like for like deal comes out a just over £2k better so my dealer is happy to discuss the details and see where they can get.
Prior to the new discussion:
List price is £37295 my dealer is offering £33173 (including Mb and dealer cont)
Car Wow dealer is offering £30983 (including MB and dealer discount?)
These figures do not include any p/x value or deposit by me.
This is based on PCP over 36 months

Where did you hear this? They are very very secretive about deals in the next quarter, as it can be damaging for current business. Unless you know someone who is actually working on the offers, it's probably gossip.
