To Shadow Chrome or choose silver for alloys wheel refurb

Having now sourced a set of std merc 19" alloys for our M Class to replace the 20" S Class AMG alloys the previous owner chose, on a black car would shadow chrome be a better choice rather than bright silver?

Would appreciate your thoughts.

Probably the correct colour (silver) would be the safer choice. But I guess it depends on personal taste and also the colour of the vehicle?

Had the boys Ford Fiasco`s alloys done in SC and it looks a bit more special than stock silver.

For practicality: Standard Silver
(difficult to match Shadow Chrome if any repairs to the finish are needed in the future)
