This is a vid of the last pull I did on my M103-12V TT.
Listen and notice how the shift points of the transmission.
The dyno wasn't engaged until 60MPH in third gear.
Result was 302 Torque ( 286 weather corrected ) @ 4156RPM.
The dyno was a Mustang load dyno which typically reads 14%-18% lower then an inertia style dyno.
Did you hear your car go through the gears as it appears the pull started immediately.
