It's a strange area age discrimination and one SWMBO has a lot of involvement with.They never went through with the legislation that would have affected private clubs, organisations and institutions. The following was a quote from the Home Office last time the issue came up.
"Taking forward an age discrimination ban would
require secondary legislation to be made, setting
out the circumstances in which it would remain
lawful to use age as a reason for treating people
differently"

If there is anything I don't ever want it is anything SAGA related... Sorry but when this **** comes through the door I lob it in the bin .. I have no desire to go on a bus trip or a cruise with a bunch of old farts ... Just put me in the box and nail the lid shut when I get to that stage ..or as I to.d my sons "when it comes time you need to wipe my **** just take me down to beachy head in my wheelchair and let the brake off" ....
