Hi guys as some of you know Ive recently bought a e320 cdi sport 2005, I'm still trying to get a hang of it and i am having a lot of fun.

I have noticed on thing though the rear end is very twitchy when i throttle hard, is that just the way the mercs are and the power or is it my style of driving, Ive always loved to get the **** of the car out sliding but just dont want it catching me out in the bad weather. How good is the traction control on the mercs, and am i causing any major damage by doing this, apart from wearing my rear tyres.

Thanks
Nad

The tc is very good. Accelerate hard out of a roundabout you may get a little step sideways but easily sorted by the tc. Try not using tc and see the difference ( make sure you're alone on the road).:bannana:

In the recent snow, pedal to the metal...wow...the tc takes care of everything. But you cannot defeat momentum etc...so be careful.

Try the above in quiet car park. With ESP on and violent steering and throttle movements very hard to slide car, with ESP off, a lot of fun could be had :thumb:
