I’ve just hired a van and trailer. I’m taking a couple of builders with me to build a garage for @SpikyMikey and @TC350 and when we’ve finished I’m dropping both builders off at @ToeKnee house so he can drive them around like a bus man’s holiday!

No. Don’t get me wrong he’s great at guiding climbing expeditions in the Himalayas but have you seen the state of his brickwork? It’s even worse than mine.

Given that the OP has broken his own rules by getting an ML with 'ugly kid windows' and others are using 'virtual' two car garages. Can I just disregard the price cap and keep my Bentayga and i3 in my very real two car garage? It would be / is my ideal two car line up

Sell the Bentley to me for £10001, then buy it back for £10000 (I make a quid) so you've now only spent half your budget on the first car, leaves you £10k for your i3. You're welcome, happy to help

Being realistic, my 2012 C350 that I’ve had from new is probably only worth £4,650. But I love it and want to keep it. So thanks to Rob’s kind offer to build me another garage (or shed) to store the bikes and assorted “stuff”, this is what I would like to put next to the MB:

I’m not a fan of privacy glass but finding one without it is a challenge, and the only one I’ve ever seen for sale is not really for sale despite being for sale, so that’s insufficient basis to completely disregard the rules of the game. In that case, I'll keep them in my virtual garage until I've worked with the FIA on the regulation changes, brought them forward to the start of this year (under the provision of 'force majeure' for safety reasons) then legally pop them back in my real garage today!.....

Just to be clear on rules.....do BOTH cars have to be able to carry four adults?....which is how I read the OP.....or just one of them....which must be how others have read it looking at the two seat cars mentioned???
