I have just put 20,000 on all the tyres of my car. There is about 6.5mm on the backs, but the fronts have excessive wear on the inside edge, but about 6mm over the rest of the tyre.

So, what have you got out of your tyres front and rear? Especially like to hear from owners of similar cars to mine.

You backs are good but the front wants the tracking done, you've wrecked them. Oops.

Yes 1.6mm is the legal limit but 3mm is a good minimum if you like avoiding the scenery.

My nearside front always wears the corner off, any car: roundabouts.

I have not had my E320 long enough (the dead 'economy' tyres were shot but wear was even) but the Volvo 245 would go ~4 years on Michelin, ~3 years on the best of the rest, perhaps 17,000 miles per year (I had the Swedish APC for 335,000 miles).

52,500 from all four of my last Michelin Premacy.Thought that was quite acceptable.
