Urgent - cant find oil filter w220 cdi

I am trying to change the filters in my 2001 s320 cdi and I can't find where the oil filter paper element goes

Can anyone tell me

Under the plastic engine covers, to the front right of the rocker cover, you will need a tool to remove

Found it and oil now changed.
Haven't done the fuel filter as the container is too tight to open.

Will see about getting a belt tool to open it
