Vibrating Blower Fan W202

Has anybody experienced this? My W202 does this only when it's on the highest fan speed eg. 4-5 and the sound quite loud. Any ideas what's causing it?

When you take the fan assembly apart, there are some little clips attached to one or two of the blades, this is for balancinmg, just like a car wheel. It could be that you have lost a weight or there is a build up of crud on the impeller affecting the balance.

Will have a look tomorrow.I'm getting quite adept at taking my car apart due to this forum..but sometimes i might have lost a screw or two
