VIN code numbers

Hi, I've looked up my VIN on the Russian sites and it says my R107 was fitted with a number of extras, most of which I've been able to identify.

However, I can't find what the following are for: 238, 362, 507.

Does anyone know where I can find out what they relate to?

The Russian site is OK but not very accurate. It says I have the Front Seat Child thingy (U18) while I don't... nor do I have '10-hole wheels'. The ECP Datacard seems much more accurate.
