Virtually rust free W210 E240

Wish my 210 was rust free. It will cost me a fortune shortly.

As you say, a hell of a lot of car for the money.

Near side wing has been changed/repaired, sprayed (shade out) and it looks
like rust along bottom of off side wing and both door bottoms are going too.
that's without being able to see under rear bumper.

Have you looked at the price? It's still a hell of a lot of car for the money.

Yes, I have to agree. For that sort of money, alright you can get newer examples, that one is going to go on for some time...

Personally, I wouldn't bother sorting out the rust.

Okay...had closer look for rust today. Yup...some rust forming on the lower NS wing. I also noticed the start of some slight bubbling on the front NS lower wheel arch. I also saw some slight bubbling to the rear NS arch, but tiny. I could find any of the suggested rust on the doors.

Happy to be corrected but I still think, in context, virtually rust free is a sound description?

It's certainly more accurate than "literally rust free"...

Sorry, what I saw was a reflection from the white line in the parking bay,I apologise
for not studying the picture properly and any offence I may have caused.
Your car does look to be in good condition, all the best with the sale.

Absolutely no offence taken...pleased to receive suggestions and advice

I'm surprised it hasn't sold.

I'd rather your one than some ropey old first gen common rail diesel.

Close offers considered (but new digital/Bluetooth radio not included)
