ViseeO MBU 1000 is not detected any more

Dear all,
Today I purchased the ViseeO MBU 1000 for my C203(produced in 2002) from ebay. I paired it with my Nokia E71 and everything was fine. I even went through the contacts uploaded to the command through it. However at some contact the LED screen at the command showed the "no phone" message. I switched off the phone, car, paired and upaired the phone via BT numerous times but the message on the LED screen remained the same . The command simply "does not see" the ViseeO MBU1000. Can you please help, is it completely dead or something can be done?

Ah. Ha. I have the MB-2. Occasionally it loses sync with the car. i.e. As you describe (I think) the Command Screen does not say Viseeo in the bottom right but does show the signal bars and the main display says insert phone (or something like that) If I leave it powered up in the car with the phone for a few minutes (try twenty) it seems to sort itself out all on it's own.

Failing that.

Delete the pairing on your phone completely.
Remove Viseeo from the car
Start the entire pairing sequence from the beginning as in a new phone etc.

I have a similar issue which has happened a couple of times, I have an MBU 1000 and Blackberry torch 9800 which has done the same a couple of times. The only way to get it to work again is to fully restart the Blackberry ( full battery out ) which gets it working again for another few weeks.
