Happy we could meet up and establish that the MBU-1000 works OK. Pity it still doesn't work in mine though.

I've managed to try a new telephone control module (PSE?) and microphone and still no joy getting the MBU-1000 to work. Apart from these and the mobile cradle, are there any other things that make up the telephone system?

Hi there, just took delivery of mine and all working great! (sorry!) Connected to iPhone and synch up no problem. Connected ok to Ericsson but would not synch so trying to find out if contacts need to be on phone or sim in order to synch up but battery died on phone! Did you try the alcohol on the terminals or did you just relax and drink it!!!! ;-).

Hi again Tricky. I used nail varnish remover (acetone). No joy. Didn't drink the acetone though(!)

How to check this? If the STAR would pick this up, then I guess the answer is 'yes'.
