vito 2010 front passenger air bag

lm curious on the front passenger air bag, were does it exit ? Older model 639"s have an outline on the dash , my 2010 has Srs on there but no visible cut out . The side of the cup holder has an air bag label .l cant see how it can get out of there .

It may not have one. Could not be fitted with Parktronic, for example.

They should all have them, no reason for Mercedes to change the dash. Look at all the Vianos with soft touch dash's you can't see where the air bag is but they are there. I imagine they have put the cut out on the inside rather than the outside.

Mine has parktronic and passenger air bag, its only omitted with the twin seat, seems odd but thats it.

Thanks to all it defiantly there. labels on the passage sun visor ,dash and side of cup holder . l think big UN may have a point. Hard to know if any one has had the unfortunate episode of it going off.

On the soft dash it rips along the joint and come out there, I have seen a couple in salvage yards, just where the trims go.
Look on your data card to see if one is fitted.
