vito w639 rear tyres

currently running 225/60/17 yoko geolander ats semi mud tyre on the rear of the vito. it has been a great tyre on slipper grass and a little sludge (dyno mode on) thou l am after any other brand that fits the 17 inch wheel that is any good in the sludge... to make a comparison. as ive done 15k on the yoko and they are loosing there grab... if not 17 any tyres on 16 inch knowledge would be good that has been used on a w639 rear

I use my 639 to tow a 1.5 tonne caravan ... back in 2008 it drove us out of this when many needed to be pulled out with tractors. That was on the factory Continentals, ESP/ASR/etc. all on.

That was on the factory Continentals, ESP/ASR/etc. all on.638 not a problem 639 on contis never made it .always bogged kept the tyres for the front .it might have something to do with tow ball weight to get through slippery stuff better to go through mud on my unicycle

Could be that I guess, got about 100 kg noseweight on the caravan.
