W124 cabriolet 8 holes polished refurb

Hello, does anyone know if it is possible to turn a set of regular (i.e "painted finish") 8 hole sprtline alloys into the shiny finish ones that you see on later 124 coupes and cabriolets?

If so, what do I ask for, and does anyone know any companies that could do it?

There are no tyres on the wheels at present, is it better to fit tyres or is the process done with them off?

yes any good refurber can do this.. the wheels will be stripped and then polished and lacquered.

However note that they will last all of 6 months in british weather before they start to corrode.
