W140 Light Switch Illumination

Hi,

just a quick question.

Should the headlight / sidelight / foglight rotary switch be illuminated on the S Class W140?

Mine does not appear to be lit and I just want to check before I strip down that part of the dash looking for a bulb that may not exist.

No Sir it does not light up in normal use, it does light up when pulled for the rear fog lamp
