I have a 2002 ML 270 CDi and am desperatly looking for an aftermarket 3rd row set kit. Has anyone a set for sale or who can i contact for this.

Ive seen them go on flea bay before now, quite pricey though £600 +, also would you have to fit seat belts?

Daft thing is I have used mine once so far and they are in the garage, ready for reslale. Or if I need them one day.

no chance, if i could find a supplier of extra seats for ML's id be a millionaire by now...

Yes, there is a company who specialises in this using genuine parts.

Bear in mind though that the family pack came with the third row of seats, storage under the front seats and opening rear quater windows. Retro fitting the rear quarter openers is almost impossible.

The company who can fit the 3rd row of seats often advertise in the back of Mercedes enthusiast. If I can find them I'll post a further reply here.

jaymanek, this should be a good opportunity for you to make a million as they seem to be in great demand. must be someone that can make them for the after market. Sad that merc make them so costly that nobody wants to buy them.

Keep an eye out on ebay, there is always sets going on there.

my local trimmer said he's be up for the challenge, he retrimmed my SEC and is doing my SL soon.. He does all the seats for that MX-5 that floats in water thing (the factory is around the corner from us)

Anyway so im going to ask him to see if he can do a trial set for me... the problem is the time it takes to make and there are a few different colours..
