W163 ML270 CDi won't start when hot.

hi i have a ml270 oon a 2003 plate, it starts most of the time when cold, but when warm or hot it takes many tries to start again, i have changed the o-rings, the cps, checked the leek off and for leaks in the system, even added an inline pump from the filter to low pressure pump but still no change ???? any ideas people ?? many thanks

You need to look at live data next. To see if you have fuel pressure.

Not starting when the engine is hot is more than likely your injectors need cleaning, properly and it's a good idea to have them tested at the sametime. Most injector specialists charge between £10 and £20 per injector. Worth doing if your engine is high mileage...100k +
