Hi Jake,

Just an update,

I posted the spring pads yesterday (First class recorded)

So hopefully they will be with you soon!

Regards

Jon

Cheers Jon brilliant I'll get some pics up before and after for you.

The only thing i'm concerned about is the passenger front not having one in at the moment?

Thanks

Jake

Does your car sit unevenly or knock from that area over bumps?

I would have thought there will be one in there, unless it does sit uneven or knock.

Its probably buried under accumulated dirt!

Before and after pictures will be good! :thumb:

Good luck!

Update:-
Even though its chucking it down today I thought I'll do the front, total nightmare for some reason to get the springs out.
The front passenger side had a No 1 in already as bought from Jon
The front drivers side also had a No1 in but a different type the centre was a lot deeper ?

I'm yet to look at the back as I gave up as I was wet through but if it turns out I have No1's all round It's either get some springs which I cannot find as they all seem to be to bring a standard height one down to sport level? or chop off 2 coils on the front and i'm not sure on the back....

Any ideas or advice welcome or idea on lowering springs

Thanks

Jake

Right guys seems i've already got 1's allround can any one point me in the direction of how to lower a sport? as there seems no info on springs and shocks taking you past standard sport height that i can find?.
Thanks

As long as your current shock absorbers are in good condition, I'd think it would be fine.

Ideally you would want to replace the whole lot with a matching kit, but this is alot more expensive than just the springs.

Yeah i've just seen springs and shocks are £300 + for a kit which for my daily I don't really want to pay to be honest, I'm wondering between the springs you pointed or or chopping standard springs.... I just dont want to buy them and it still be at the same height.

I'm looking at dropping my C230K. A place in Urmston in Manchester (by Trafford Centre area) sells PI springs that go 30mm for £105.

The place is called Racemodz (I know, sounds like a Vauxhall Corsa haven). It's good though.

Are you flogging the no1 pads then?
