w203 Avantgarde SE estate ride height issue

I transported some decking boards at the weekend, and when I arrived home I noticed that the NS rear wheel arch was much lower (15-25mm)than the OS. After removing the boards about 30 to 1 hour later the suspension returned to normal. However today I noticed that the OS rear is now 4mm higher than the NS.

Could I have a damper problem?

Hi R2D2,

I park on a sloped drive at home which runs away from the house, so the nose it down towards the road.

I have checked it on level ground too.

I have also noticed that the car seems to be twitchier at higher speeds than it used to be.

It could be a broken spring causing that side to droop lower.
