Hi,
I have a W203 Coupe facelift 2004. Had it for 1 month now. I've been doing some research on fitting parking sensors and have gone through the other posts.
This site is brilliant and has been helpful in helping me select my car. Much better car and experience then my last car.
I've noticed on images and looking at other w203 coupes that there are possibly two types of rear bumpers fitter as standard.
The first has the bumper rail in 3 (1 centre and 1 on either side) sections and the other has the rail in one sections only.
I could do with finding out if the single rail can be removed to fit parking sensors (understand that the 3 sections rail as guide markers for parking sensors) or does the whole bumper need to be removed.
I've read the post on removing the bumper and noted the 3 bumper rail removal but nothing mentioned about the single rail.(mine has the chrome minim rail running round the car)
Cheers,
Ash
