W204 2009 Sat Nav Question

Hi all,

I have now collect my new car and have been looking into the sat nav issue or lack of it shall we say. My car is a 59 plate BE C220 CDI estate with the small screen, it has 6 cd and a iPod connection in glove box.

It is advice on the cost of the two different installs I am after and user experience is the cheaper one much worse etc and who can do it and rough cost.

Q1 How much is a complete install like you would have ordered from new and which company can provide all the kit and install.

Q2 I think it is sat nav 20? is this the one MB do for about £850 or any other company's do this, any good?

I will get some picture up soon just deciding if I want black wheels and grill ATM.

Comand Online sell the retrofit kit and can install if required.

Navigation 20 is the other option that can be added to Audio 20. If you search on here there are many past threads about it.

Hi when you say retrofit I see they have the vents blower etc but do they have the unit and screen to?

Yes they can provide brand new Comand unit and screen, you will have to contact them for a price. Or 2nd hand units available on ebay.

Thanks very much been looking on the site I will have to ring them because looking at MB Milton Keynes they can fit the navigation 20 UMI for £950 but on command online there site it is £1100 plus vat then needs fitting so not sure why the price is so much different, I am sure their is a reason. Will also look at the factory option depends on price and as you said getting on of Flebay..
