w204 (2012) Windscreen washers

How do you aim the nozzles without breaking something? Each one seems to have a rectangular fluid nozzle hole with rectangular slots above and below - all housed in a circular moveable piece. I'd like to get the spray so that it hits the windshield about 2/3 of the way up, but adjusting with a pin in the hole isn't going to work on these nozzles.

Special tool required evidently on the 2012 models. Although you could fabricate one I guess?
