W204 CLC 220D DPF Problems?

Hi, I am seriously considering buying a CLC 220D but I do not do high mileage. I particularly like diesels for their power delivery but I dont want to land myself in a world of DPF pain.

Does anybody have any advice or experiences?

Is there a year that the DPF was introduced? So I can buy one made prior to that.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's not low annual mileage that potentially leads to DPF issues, rather lots of short journeys without the car coming up to full temperature and no runs of 20 minutes or more at higher speeds.

If you feel that your own use pattern is likely to give a problem then you're probably better off seeking out a 200k petrol.
