W204 facelift led lights for C-class <2011

Hi everyone
I am looking for professional electrician to set up these LED lights I bought for my C220 2009

On my trip to US, I saw few cars with these amazing fog lights. They can be set to have 50% and full power which is ideal.

Did you manage to get them installed? I have had these Leds fitted but not using your method. I obatined the MB parts from a dealer and a custom wiring loom from a spanish member of another forum. I cant get mine to run 50%, they are either off or on. My local independant dealer and I fitted them.
