W204 manual - judder when pulling off

Hi, I found mine to do this on a couple of occasions when I’ve been in constant slow moving traffic and no other time, I’m assuming it only does it when hot.
Pulling off in second gear, as people have said been quoted in manual, I’ve tried and stalled on numerous occasions as I really don’t want to be slipping the clutch unnecessarily.

I have exactly same issue with my W204 2011 (facelift) C220 CDI manual.
I have replaced flywheel, clutch, pressure plate and one funny slave cylinder (I hope it's called like that, it's inside the gearbox).

All on this picture:

And same as OP, everything was smooth for around 11 months, after that issue comes back (but not so severe).
As you can notice, there is strange looking "slave cylinder". This is known from MB C class from early 2000s.

I don't know what do anymore. I spent a lot for replacing all this (1500eur/1800$ USD). Car had only 120.000km and from clutch and flywheel, you can see that they are just fine (still a lot of meat on clutch).

I kinda think this funny looking thing in middle of flywheel and clutch is an "issue". Does anyone know if possible to replace that with normal part (as VIN suggest as replacement part)?

Just crossed my mind that this funny thing (on first picture in middle) couses that pressure plate does not put pressure evenly.

I realy like this car, but this clutch judder make me very sad.

Hi guys, wondered if anyone could help. I have recently bought a W204 c200 manual with 21k on the clock and have noticed that there is judder when I pull off from a standstill.

It doesn't seem to matter how many revs I give it, the car shakes as the clutch is released and it pulls away.

I am presuming it is the clutch, but at 21k I'm not entirely sure that this is the case. The only thing I thought was maybe the injectors not giving it enough fuel - I can't really determine if the engine is struggling or the clutch is juddering. Any advice appreciated...
I had the same thing happen , I later found out the inlet manifold had a slight crack in it,which was losing oil . The leak found it was onto the clutch and caused this problem..new inlet manifold and this problem was solved . 2 years on and no problem
