W211 2004 Card reader / USB for Audio

What is my easiest option for being able to use a USB stick or memory card for MP3 / Audio??
Do some factory audio units come with this option or am I looking at an aftermarket unit...

Maybe a cd unit that could read MP3 could be an option??

Not too sure but I know it takes 6 cd's under the head unit

(it doesn't have sat nav)

If Audio 20 cd I would suggest upgrading to the MY09 Audio 20 headunit. This will give you mp3 playback from cd and full bluetooth connectivity. Also you can add an aux input, ipod interface or media interface if you want USB too. The units come up for sale on ebay, keep an eye out on there for one. The wiring kit needed to fit it can be purchased from Comand Online. You need one of the below depending on if your car has phone pre-wire or not.

If you wanted navigation as well then you could instead upgrade to the Comand NTG2.5. It has navigation with 7 digit postcode input, 4gb music register on the harddrive, dvd, sd card slot, full bluetooth + more. You will need coding done on STAR if you do this upgrade. You will need the same wiring kit above.

It looks like Audio 20 cd,,,,,

Unless there is another very similar (not cassette)

I'll get on ebay and have a spend up, I appreciate your advice
