W211 AMG spare wheel

My new car REALLY has no spare, just the can of pressurised glop.

It's an early W211 E55K, on 18 in. wheels. There are numerous spacesaver spare wheels on eBay (including one OE at £600 - good joke, man...), but how do I know which will fit (both over the discs, and in the spare wheel well)?

For starters, can anyone tell me if part no. 2304011902 will fit?

Same for me... I got a bottle of sealant and a tyre pump.

I'm pretty sure you can't use a space saver due to the size of the caliper?

I can't even have one even if they could get over the caliper, as the battery is located in the spare wheel well on the '55

The 18" spacesavers definitely fit. The ones with the 125 section tyre.
