W211 Comand NTG2 - Bluetooth Problem

Hey

I have a Comand NTG2 and while i do not have a bluetooth adapter conected in the UHI slot, I can still search and fiend my phone true bluetooth. On my phone the bluetooth im connecting to is named UHI-SN9946. How ever nothing happens after that.

Firstly, its a W211 so you have NTG1 or NTG2.5. NTG2.5 is from MY2009 and has proper inbuilt bluetooth etc.
In your case you have NTG1.

What you have discovered is the very confusing feature that was deleted pretty quickly. It allows you to pair with a headset only, so that you could then use a phone plugged into the UHI connector (with an appropriate cradle) and have a private conversation using a bluetooth headset.

I.e its useless to you and you need to add something like this to the UHI connector for Bluetooth connectivity
