W211 e class pollen or charcol filter

Int the engine bay there is a filter to which im unsure as to which type it is.... It sits just above the aux battery and did get a replacement one from eurocar parts today but when i took it out of the box its totally diff to what i have..... which is.... A filter that looks to fitted to a plastic frame and does not come apart ???? is would i be right in assuming thats it is a charcol filter and if so where would i get one at a reasonable price ??? (mb in belfast informed me that i only had a dust filter not a charcol one... hmmmm) i will try and up load a pic of the filter in question... thats for takin the time to read/reply.

That's the pollen filter. Check the pipe under the housing isn't kinked. That's the drain for the windscreen.

ok thanks, so would that one be expense,where the best place to get them apart from those hooks... thanks.
