W211 E63 Warrenty etc

So i'v had the car for about month now it's a 2007 and have been looking into a few things eg warrenty, amg service plan etc

whats the thoughts from people who have one of these?

i'v got a Service B due in 4.5k and dealer quoted around £550 even though the car say's it needs a Service A

Service plan is £45 a month for 2 yr 2 service most likely whatever comes first, so might not be worth it as i don't do big miles.

warrenty i'v not had a quote on but not sure if it's best just saving that amount and using it if need be

any other things i should consider

only thing is the cost of the replacement discs, front rotors and pads are £1600, rears are £400, its a good job they last a while..otherwise its all good as far as my experience goes

I have had an extended Mercedes warranty with both my E55 since the factory ones ran out and have made good use of them both including a new gearbox. The warranties are expensive until something goes wrong on the car and then it seems quite reasonable! It's like any insurance.

My most expensive service was at 100,000 miles when I needed for the first time 4 discs and pads. Service total cost £1234 the brake element being £750 of that. Then at 120,000 total cost £710 which included, also for the first time 16 spark plugs that element adding £140! Otherwise services have been £350 - £450.

Discs and pads are costly on the E63 so i'v already budgeted for that

service is next on the list and already got a quote from Merc £550 which is for a service B

other than that everything else should be fine so was just wanting to get a feel of what other E63 owners have got etc
