Oh no! It still has a manual parking brake. Why can't MB fit an electronic brake, like the rest of the automotive world? I thought I was going to be leaving that piece of Twentieth Century automotive history behind with the new E class.
I'd rather not have an electric parking brake. Some of my colleagues who have these had lots of "entertaining moments". A few have had software upgrades to fix "unwanted behaviour" - like the car rolling down the road.....
