W212 Stealth Subwoofer help

Wanted to add 1 or 2, 8"/10" subwoofer to my E Class Saloon. Only problem is I cannot lose any trunk space and also need the space in the spare wheel well.

Does anyone know if there is enough space behind the liner on each side of the trunk to fit subs with a width of 6-8 inches? I have added a pic below to show which part I am talking about.

Try to use the space where the existing subs are, in the parcel shelf.
