W215 bumper strip?

I posted about this in the electrics section, but it really should be under bodywork, as the electrics in my parktronic are fine.

However one of its 'eyes' has been pushed in, and Ive no idea how to remove the strip (front) that they are pushed into. I'm sure its not rocket science, but I dont want to break anything.

Sorted, hopefully. Searching on here and looking at the online partsbook, I found out it is retained by lots of plastic tags, and you have to start prising it out from the bend, not one end.
