W216, driver rear window wont work

I have a 2008 cl 63, driver rear window does not go up nor down, usually when u open the doors the windows move about a inch, but this does nothing, hooked it up to STAR and tried to roll it up and down but we got NOTHING, can it be the window motor???

Ok plugged up STAR to it, its reading n69/1 defective. Will this cause the window to now work? Where is this located? What is this called?
