Hi All,
I need to replace the plastic trim on the front right corner of the driver's seat (the bit with the lumber support switch).

Question is, how do I remove the connectors on the back of the switch? Do they just pull off? If I pull them off, will that bleed all the air out?

Thanks for any advice.

shr.

The grey one needs to be taken off with a pair of pliers otherwise it will damage the pipe. Not sure about the right one with the black pipe over, but it must be the same thing - remove with a pair of pliers....

I think the lumbar support works on a vacuum coming from the pump in the boot.

Thanks for that.
So using a pair of pliers, I just pull the grey one off?
Is there a technique or just give it a good yank?

OK will give it a go.
Thanks for your help.

Lumber support?

The thumb wheel control in the first picture can be varied from 0 to 5. As you increase the setting, it pumps more air into the lower back section of the seat (lumbar region) giving you more support.
Useful for long journeys.
