W220 Tail light bulbs

I purchased a pair of the clear rear lense lights for my W220 and I have to say I was pleased how they looked with the silver paintwork, however the lights came with a red bulb for the tail lights and I believe its a 566 bulb. One of these bulbs has now went and I'll be dammed if I can find anywhere to get a replacement. I've sent an enquiry to the supplier but they are in Germany but I was hoping to find somwhere in the uk but as of yet no luck.
If anyone knows where I could find such a bulb please let me know

You could try Halfords, they have some lamps in red in stock. Or grab some aftermarket LED ones...

You can get red glass paint from Hobbycraft. Make sure the paint can withstand high temperatures. Used to paint the fog light bulbs when I had a Jap import.
