W245 B class Bi-xenons question- help please

Does anyone know if all w245 bixenons are switchable from UK to Euro driving? In particular, would a continental light have the switch to convert to UK??

W245 do have the adjustment lever.

I can't think why continental lights would not have the lever but my information does not specifically mention this.

Usually inside the main bulb housing. Remove the black cover and feel inside to the outside of the bulb holder.

DO make sure lights are off and ignition key out first!!
