Just a quick update the Supercharger came today and boy does it look AWESOME!

We hope to Have the car ready before Christmas and its looks to be the first C63 supercharger in the UK.

What engine mods need to be done to a normally aspirated c63 before you fit the blower?

Lower compression... Modified valve overlap.. nothing?

Hey

For a stage 1 you don't need to do much as the stock engine can Handel the power. When you move upto stage 3 then you need to rebuild the bottom end using forged pistons, heads, manifolds etc...

Bhp you will be looking around 640 on a stage 1 and a LSD will help!!
As this is a first here we will be doing dyno runs before and after.

Stage 3 forged pistons are a must and a gearbox upgrade rebuild to Handel the power.

Stage 3 for the c63 but for the 55komp it will run upto 700bhp on stock internals as I did on mine.

You lucky sod! Your car already made good power at the tuning day but this will be something else. I think I will make a trip up to MSL when it's being done just to have a look.

I was there when it was being opened, having my Quaife fitted. It looks like a fantastic piece of engineering. The quality of the individual pieces is just brilliant.

Just seen this on you tube....at 2mins 25 when they run it on the road the S/C sounds mental.
Well the car gets dropped off on Saturday so not long now and there will be a whine of a S/C 63 prowling the North East!!!!
