As per the title, is TMC going to remain on FM , or will there be some nodoubt expensive method of transfering a digital signal to fm to enable the tmc in nav to remain functional.

TMC is a waste of time.

I would have agreed until a couple of weeks ago when I avoided an horrendous jam at the M42/M40 junction.

I came off the M42 at J6 as a colleague was joining at the same junction (I felt bad afterwards but he'd flown into Birmingham airport and I didn't know). He sat on the motorway for several hours.

Regarding FM switch-off, I think the Government has back-tracked a bit on this, hasn't it?

FM will still be used but more for local stations. No reason I guess why TMC still wont be on FM.
