The D in my TURBODIESEL feels loose, whats the best adhesive for such a job

When I bought the car it was missing a few letters and said something like T URBO IES L and Guy Dewdney kindly sent me all the letters free of charge (you are gentleman Guy). A Pole who was working on my car put the letters on for me but he has since closed shop and I don't know what adhesive he used to do it myself.

Thanks

I thought they were self adhesive - no??

I've found that bathroom sealant/silicone will stick almost anything.

Just use some rear view mirror to screen sticky pads and make sure you get the ambient air temp as high as possible eg in workshop garage etc.

I have now received my new flat badge (thanks for the link Rungles) and am also interested in knowing what adhesive would make it extra secure in case the villain decides to have a go at taking that too. its got a clip for fitting it but i want it extra secure with some glue orsometing

E6000 glue (also sold as Shoe Goo). It's industrial strength craft adhesive but I've used it to fix just about everything. Friggin' fantastic stuff.
