What's so different about a W140 Business over a regular W140?

I'm having a look for a black S500L/SEL just now and keep coming across Business Editions. What's different about them? Do they all come with phones? Anything else nice? The ones I've seen seem to have all the same buttons as my 320

Oh sort of related, my car would appear to have 12 speakers (in that if I use the scientific method of putting my ear up to it, I hear noise ), does it?

There was a thread where they got discussed a few months ago (http://www.mbclub.co.uk/forums/gene...se-500se-600sel-pre-facelift-1991-1994-a.html) in a nutshell they were an end of line special edition with most options ticked.

From reading through that, it would seem most aren't actually "Business Editions".

Only 2 I've seen have the table.

Are they actually worth anything? I'd have thrown them in the bin

It's a nice looking car otherwise, though I don't think it's worth 3 and a half times what mine stands at just now.
