I must of done as many laps of "The Ring" as Sabina, but as I have never been there it don't count (playstation)

ONE RULE HERE GUY'S AND GIRL'S YOU HAVE TO OF BEEN AROUND IT IN A REAL CAR - NO GAMER'S

Kick you off with Silverstone (old grand prix circuit) you know before they added the last couple of bends and when it still had a chicane, i know it;'s obvious but apart from a couple of unknown circuit and the M25 I have not driven on many

Cadwell Park, Lincolnshire. Fabulous setting on the Lincolnshire Wolds. A very testing, hilly circuit.

Phil

Cadwell Park too.

Mallory Park, it's the only one I've been to :o.

In a 2005 Mustang GT, here it is breaking quite hard :p.

Not quite in your league. Stock Car Tracks, Boston,Cleethorpes,Skegness,Mildenhall,King's Lynn

I quite liked Snetterton. Forgiving when you got it wrong....as old airfields often are.

cool picture, how was the car?

I was a passenger, not me in the pic, that's Daves wife.
Car was great it's Dave's pride and joy, doesn't like it getting wet etc :p, he was really going for it :D, I was nervious for him, just in case!

+1 The Ring... 150ish laps 2003-2005 on an R1... when Sabine co-owned her bar in Nurburg high street. I have lots of onboard video :bannana:

In the UK... Cadwell is great, and Mallory is convenient... never ridden Silverstone but I have run a 1/2 marathon there.

I drove a few laps of Silverstone GP circuit a few years ago in my Volvo 123 GT, and it was just awesome. Castle Combe is great fun, not too much to catch you out, and I drove a Scania tractor unit very fast round the new Nurburgring. Terrifying. And I've cycled round the old Hockenheim, stopping at Jim Clark's final moment on the way to pay respects. Heck, all circuits are fantastic. Sadly, I actually spend time looking at them on Google Earth.........

I've raced (motorbikes) on most of the UK tracks and I'd vote for Oulton Park as my favourite.

Cadwell is also enjoyable, but a complete git to get to. Brands I used a lot for track days as I'm only 30 minutes from there, the Indy circuit is quite enjoyable for a short track. I had to totally sail past my usual braking point and scare myself before I learnt the fast way around Paddock Hill.

Haven't been on a circuit in a car over here yet.

Heh heh, I was just gonna put Cadwell, Oulton and Brands as my top three! Not driven the 'ring and am in two minds. Spa could also be interesting. Old Anglesey was a load of fun.

p.s. AJenks, you must be spitting distance from Bedford Autodrome. Get over there :)

Boring, but Thruxton

Good couple of chicanes for technical braking and power outs, with some sweeping curves to test the mettle

But the highlight is the back 'straight' through Church with the right and left hander mid straight. Tracks enable you to drive fast and this is the fastest (I did over 160)

Not my car though....

Drove Silverstone and I couldn't carry the speed through to top 140.

Curve ball is the West Moor dirt bowl, great in a V8 SWB landy - just for solid drifting - when you are being driven round by some one who can do that

Knockhill,

Surely the wettest, coldest, windiest circuit on the planet.

Every time there has been an adventure
