Getting a wheel bearing fitted to my R class (basically same as ML) . Not got the part to hand but have been reading that the wheel bearing only has the magnet on one side. Seems it is easy to fit the bearing the wrong way and this means the wheel speed sensor will not get contact with magnet.
It's a mechanic that is fitting the part for me but just don't want it going in the wrong way. Anyway of telling which way to put it in.
